question--how long did it take before you could sleep in your bed again?

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

I slept in my own bed the day I came home.  I propped myself on pillows to simulate something close to sleeping on my stomach without actually doing so.  For a day or two I needed a hand getting out of bed, but I made it.

Getting out of bed wasn't an issue...try doing that after back surgery...they teach you how to roll out of bed not using your stomach muscles which can pull on your back. So I just rolled off the bed the same way after the DS...never an issue.
