***Monday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Fabulous day but not such a good night.
B 2 eggs 2oz ham 2 oz velveeta
S sugar free mocha frappacinno
L tuna salad
D chicken with 1/3 c marinara & 1/2 c mozerella cheese
Then I was craving something sweet with milk. So I made myself a pbj on white bread of all things and drank a glass of milk. I ate so fast and so much I threw up. When will I ever learn. I think I will do shakes only tomorrow and my goal is to keep my carbs under 50.

Doing shakes the day after you get sick is a great idea. Rests your system and gets you realigned mentally.

B - coffee; Fage with blueberries & slivered Almonds
S - almonds
L - salad with roasted chicken leg and thigh
S - Swiss cheese and pork rinds
D - meatball and mini mozzarella balls smothered in sauce over shirataki noodles and sautéed prawns
S - peanut butter with SF fudge sauce and some SF choco chips

Vites: yes!
Cites: still fighting cold - hubs went to dr today and they think its bronchial pneumonia - ugh! Praying my cold stays simple...
