Certainly it's possible! I see lots of folks post here about having trouble with constipation. What works well for ME is upping my fat intake. Raw cauliflower with ranch dip usually does the trick---lots of fat and lots of roughage.

Daily lots of water, lots of fat.  My doctor told me it is perfectly safe to take a daily preventative small dose of Miralax.

It is amazing you went 7 years without any.  If I don't get enough fat and am going very low carb I get constipated easily.  My "fix" is plenty of fat and MAGIC Magnesium Oxide (pills not liquid).  For a while I took a Mag Oxide with every Calcium/Mag Citrate dose and that worked.  Now I just have a bottle of Mag Oxide for in case, but I haven't had to use it in ages.

Have you changed/added any medications?  Changed your diet?
