Greetings, Pre-op my vitamin D level was 4 so I have been on 50,000 IU DAILY for 5 months. My B-12 level was low too. So I have been taking one shot every two weeks of B-12.

Can you please take a look and tell me if I need to tweak my vitamins at all. THANKS. I have been following vitaladys DS vitamin plan.

Not bad at all!  : )    Keep doing Vitalady's plan but I think you might want to cut the D3 back to 5 days a week and keep doing the B12 exactly as you are. Your B12 is fine being a little high. You might want to start drinking low sodium V8 juice and switch to Morton's Lite Salt to bring up your potassium.

Did you get anything back on calcium, PTH, vitamin A, or vitamin K1?

Congrats on getting off the diabetes meds!

Those results take a little longer for results. When they come back I will tag you in them.  THANKS so much.

Yep, VitaGuy Don said 1500 - 2000 for B12 is fine for a DSer.
