L- sausage., spinach and portabelo soup with 1/4 pc gluten free matzo
S- hard boiled egg and pork rinds
D- large meatball and 6 small mazarello balls smothered in three cheese sauce over shirataki noodles
Vites: yes
Cites: no - fighting off hubs flu & losing!
