mmmmm..............black eyed peas.  one of my favorite.  dang it, now i want some.  lol

sausage mc muffin w/egg.  only 1/4 of muffin was consumed

1/4 c oatmeal

2 slices pepperoni pizza - toppings slid off to make 1 slice- only top portion of crust eaten

garden salad w/carrots, blue cheese crumbles, olives, romaine lettuce, tomato, ceasar dressing

1 slice banana bread

double  protein coffee

mini bag of m&m's

vites:  bedtime batch pending

fluilds:  80+ oz

They were good!  It tasted a lot like North Carolina brunswick stew for some reason.

B- scrambled ham and cheese eggs with 3 pcs bacon
S- peanuts
L- sausage., spinach and portabelo soup with 1/4 pc gluten free matzo
S- hard boiled egg and pork rinds
D- large meatball and 6 small mazarello balls smothered in three cheese sauce over shirataki noodles

Vites: yes
Cites: no - fighting off hubs flu & losing!
