Hello Friends! Sorry I haven't been around in quite a while. I miss all that goes on here and wish people would come back!

I would like to know what is the BEST Omega 3 for DSers to take due to our malabsorption.

Also check out Barlean's fish oil Omega 3 Swirl. I just add it to my shakes.
