Doing pretty well today. This morning I wanted crunchy cereal soooo bad so I had 3 oz of ham first then some cereal

B: Ham and cereal

L: grilled chicken, cheese dip, salsa, tortilla chips

D: Salmon patties

Protein: 150 grams 

Carbs: 63 grams

I bet there was some pretty good fiber in what you ate, reducing the carbs quite a bit.

mixed 5 slices bacon w/a chopped hard boiled egg

double protein coffee

1/2 pastrami/swiss cheese sandwich on 1 slice rye

mini carrots

olives

few chips

macadamia nuts

handful of cheez-its

double protein coffee

crockpot pot roast

peas

few forkfuls of brown rice

popcorn w/extra melted butter

3 hershey's kisses

double protein coffee

vites;  all in

fluids:  90  -100 oz

Good evening,

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries

L: Chinese food, rice, noodles and pork

D: hamburger with whole wheat bun

S: shake protein

a bit of chocolate bunny, left over. Total carb day today, tummy is pretty bloated,

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
