I don't know if I mentioned it, but I made your peanut butter cookies.  DELICIOUS!!!  However...I still don't know how to eat just one of something, and I ended up having 3 cookies that day.  Soooooo...this is probably one of those things I ought to leave alone since I can't control myself still

Bummer - I tend to stop at a couple, they're not too carby so I don't see a problem, but if they slow your loss then I guess you know what you need to do.

So far today.

B- 8 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup shredded Italian cheese, 1 sausage patty, 1 homemade biscuit. I ate this over a 2 hour period and am now paying for the biscuit.

L- 1 catfish filet

Snack- 1/4 of a mini sonic blast so just enough to taste the sweet.

S- the dh and I are going out. I am planning on have steak tips, salad and maybe a baked potato. I shall have no rolls or dessert. I shall have no rolls or dessert. I will let you know how this plan goes.

So I just put everything into myfitnesspal and my carbs are not as bad as I thought. 44 grams of carbs, 79 grams of protein. This is without supper. Added supper and 113 grams of protein, 83 grams of carbs. Not to bad considering my carbs have been out of control.

double protein coffee

8 slices bacon chopped and mixed w/hard boiled egg

double protein coffee

almonds

liverwurst sandwich w/mayo & swiss on 1 pc rye toast

few chips

mini carrots

greek yogurt w/blueberries and a drizzle of honey

double protein coffee

3 mini chocolate eggs

fried egg

2 slices taylor's ham 

more almonds

1 caramel

double protein coffee

vites:  swallowing the last batch now

fluilds:  an impressive (for me anyway) 100+ oz
