Rediculously Delicious Protein "Shake"

Bought some heavy cream From whole foods. Want to use instead of half and half cause carbs are lower. Mixed 1 cup of the cream with my protein powder in my blenderbottle. Packed it along with me on errands. Drug it out and shook it up and took a slug...and man oh man! it was like a thick decadent creamy pudding or something. Jello pudding CANNOT compare. I don't like thick shakes but think I could eat this from a bowl as a protein pudding without all the ick that jello pudding has in it.

lol   Good for you!    I love Whole Foods. I was buying heavy whipping cream a local organic dairy was supplying them.

I can use about 2 oz of cream and have to add water before protein powder.

That is what this is. a very  local dairy supplies it,very lightly pasteurized, just enough to be legal. thick as mud. had to stick a knife down the bottle top and stir it up to get it to pour.

I think I will have to add half water too to make it a drink, but pudding...man on man! I can eat some pudding, lol.
