HAPPY APRIL 2nd EVERYONE!!!

Well today wasn't so great... I've been having potty issues (hemmhroids) and it's hard to go to the bathroom without SCREAMING.  Well yesterday I ran out of the pain medication that I usually take before going to the bathroom so I am not crying after.  So I was on my own today PLUS I just got a HUGE promotion at work and am now on the second floor (YAY!) but there is only one small bathroom so I'm still a little nervous to go big potty in the small bathroom.  When I hold it for so long my stomach hurts SO much and I can't eat anything because it just makes it worse.  So I hold it until I get home from work around 5pm, Do my doo and then I can have dinner...

*BITES*

3 Tbsp. Oats, 1 scoop of vanilla protein mixed with water and cinnamon

1 oz. rotisserie chicken that I brought for my lunch but couldn't eat much

4 Cocoa Roasted Almonds

Dinner- 2 oz. Chicken, 1 egg white

*VITES*

Took all! Have one more Iron to take

*EXERCITES*

Morning Circuit- 100 jumping jacks, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 50 mountain climbers, 50 burpees, 2 minutes of jumping rope, 20 jumping squats

PM - Going in for a 3 mile swim after I finish up here.

I HOOOPE tomorrow gets better and I can figure out a situation with the bathroom.  When I was in the last position I figured out a good system where I would go into the employee bathroom (I work for a large hotel) so the bathroom is in the heart of the house.  BUT it's being renovated this week.  I am also going for a colonoscopy this April to deal with the butt issues.

I haven't been around lately. The scale has not suffered to bad. I finally dropped below 200. I am 198 which is 160 pounds down since surgery 10.5 months ago. However, I have been a carb ***** since dropping down and I must get back on track. I posting here gives me accountability. I would like to drop down to 175 but I know I can probably get down to 160 if I will behave myself with the carbs and then that will give me some wiggle room. My doc was a little concerned that I was still dropping so much. I assured him I knew how to stop it. I love my DS but I hate my addiction. I will have victory. Thanks for being here. I will post my bites tomorrow.
