Good morning,

B1: scrambled eggs and cheese  in a w/w wrap (3am)

B2: protein shake with frozen strawberries (8am)

L; sleeping

S; sleeping

D: left over turkey and gravy (5pm)

S: protein shake and yogurt w blueberries (unsure yet when this one will be)

one more graveyard shift / may be starting my night class today from 6-9pm then I will go to work.

VITS:

morning at 10 pm

lunch at  3 am

dinner at 6 am

bedtime at hopefully 9 am

EXCITES: nothing today, cleaned the office swept and mopped - I hope that counts :)

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Not really. I haven't been able to get many walks done.  Just cutting carbs way back is the key for me. I need to tone with exercise and keep my metabolism boosted though. Hoping for warm weather and some time to do it.

Hi Gina, I'm back and ready to start tracking again.  Protein's a little on the low side but I just wasn't as hungry as usual today.  I stayed mostly on track while on hol although I did visit the dessert cart one night (and that mistake was subsequently accompanied by much gurgling - uh oh, yes I paid for that indiscretion!!).

L - 1/2 steak salad with cheese & ranch from Pepperjax (21g)

Vites - AM in, PM pending - for the first time ever, I mistakenly took my morning stuff again at night instead of my night stuff last night.  NOT a good thing, considering there are prescription meds mixed in there too.  I think I'll live through it without any adverse effects, but how dumb is that????

Exercites - None planned other than trying to fit more steps in where I can
