B - coffee; 1 egg, 1 pc bacon, 1 oz cheese
S - cottage cheese w/slivered almonds
L - chicken satay and tofu spring roll with peanut sauce
S - cheese
D - left over brisket fried up in some butter and a veggie

I feel like I eat non-stop all day! I don't really put the amounts down but I ate 3 skewers of satay for lunch which is about 3 oz of chicken and then had 2 spring rolls which is mostly salad. My cottage cheese snack was about 3/4 of a cup and my cheese snack for later is over 2 ounces. I hope that I'm hitting my protein numbers! Maybe I will try tracking on MFP and see...
I'm 4 months out from the switch and over 2 years out from the VSG. My tummy was all healed and that is why I think I can eat so much!
Looks good. I need to hear more about how you fix your leftover brisket.
