S - babybel cheese
D - salad w/chicken thigh and ranch dressing


VITES:

iron: done
evening batch: starting

none

Working all nights :

B: 4 am omelet and yogurt

B2: 8:;30 am protein shake with frozen strawberries

D: 5 pm turkey and gravy and veggies, maybe a little stuffing

S:pm protein shake

 

then off to work for another night shift

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Good morning rainy Monday! Here's the plan...
Bites:
B - coffee; 1 egg, 1 pc bacon, 1 oz cheese
S - cottage cheese w/slivered almonds
L - chicken satay and tofu spring roll with peanut sauce
S - cheese
D - left over brisket fried up in some butter and a veggie

Vites: yep!
Cites: boxing conditioning class

Gosh you are eating so little.  You are how far out?  I could, and do, eat about twice that much protein.

I feel like I eat non-stop all day! I don't really put the amounts down but I ate 3 skewers of satay for lunch which is about 3 oz of chicken and then had 2 spring rolls which is mostly salad. My cottage cheese snack was about 3/4 of a cup and my cheese snack for later is over 2 ounces. I hope that I'm hitting my protein numbers! Maybe I will try tracking on MFP and see...

I'm 4 months out from the switch and over 2 years out from the VSG. My tummy was all healed and that is why I think I can eat so much!

Calories - 1,480, Net Carbs - 23, Protein 131, Fat - 96

Bites:

B - Protein Coffee

S - Seasoned steak strips, string cheese, melba toastseses

S - Protein Iced Tea (not quite sure how I felt about this one)

L - Leftover sirloin with blue cheese butter, crab leg meat, asparagus, mushrooms

D - Eggs, sausage, cheese

Vites - AM Done, PM Pending

Exercites - Water aerobics tonight
