Frozen Hot Chocolate

One of my favorite drinks ever is a frozen hot chocolate from Dairy Queen- soooo good! Every morning I have been trying to get my protein in by mixing it in a hot chocolate. Today I took it and froze it after mixing it all up. Since it was 75 degrees here in the Pacific Northwest it was perfect for a frozen hot chocolate. I have to say I managed to get my 15 grams of protein in and it almost felt sinful! Best thing I have had since I came home from the hospital.

Ummm... glad you had something that tasted good!  Do you just stick it in the freezer until partially frozen?  I'm uneducated on this...

I just mixed it all up as I usually do and put it in the freezer!

There's a recipe for protein ice cream out there somewhere---I think it's on Eggface's blog. I often make ice cream using Splenda and heavy cream. Yummy!
