HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!! Happy Passover to those who celebrate (I do) and Happy Easter to those who celebrate (I do also....we are double dippers in our house haha)
**BITES**
Meal 1- 1/4 steel cut oats, 1 scoop of vanilla protein with cinnamon (this is my new favorite concoction... it tastes like cake!)
Meal 2- 3 Egg Whites and broccoli
Meal 3- 6 Almonds
Meal 4- (This will be pre-workout) I will have chicken breast)
Meal 5- I bought some Orange Roughy since I've been dying to try it. That will be slapped on the grill with lemon juice and garlic! Broccoli on the side.
VITES:
All have been taken just have one more dose of Calcium/Iron to take.
EXERCITES:
AM: Morning Run (I was able to run a 1/2 mile without stopping! That was SO Exciting for me!) after that I did the 3 minutes running 2 minutes speed walking for a 5K
PM: Today is Leg day!!!! Will be killing legs, glutes and abs after work followed by 30 minute moderate cardio which I usually do at 3.5 MPH and 10 incline.

OK I went to the great Dr Stewart yesterday. for my 8 month follow up. I was so upset with my self I went straight for McDonald, Taco Bell, and Ponchos' to drown my sorrows. it has been 4 months since my last visit with Sue and i had only lost 15 lbs. for a total of 61 lbs in 8 months = 7.5lbs a month. the numbers suck.So if i journal my food on here maybe it will help.
B- unjury vanilla shake 21g
S- 2 eggs/2 bacon/2 pickles
S tuna salad with wheat crackers about 4
L- 1/2 hot dog chill and cheese no bun 4 French fries
S- unjury chocolate shake 21g
D- 1/2 cup bbq-hawaiian chicken and a pickle
S- unjury strawberry shake with ICE strawberry/kiwi water 21g
S 1/2 cup BBq- Hawaiian chicken and pickle
I will b working all night so i have to find something to snack on so i don't hit the vending machine.
that looks like a lot of food. is that to much?
Looks like good choices. That's what I struggle with too. Munchies.
