B - String cheese, steak strips, melba toast (25g) (11c)

S - Protein chai latte (10g) (2c)

L - Shrimp, cottage cheese, sunflower seeds (27g) (10c)

S - Salted nut caramel protein bar (10g) (9c)

D - ??

S - Protein chai latte (10g) (2c)

Vites:

Calcium, multivit, VitD - AM Done

Calcium, multivit - Pending

Exercites:

Does running my  mouth and yapping all day burn any calories???

lol  I hope running my mouth and yapping all day burns calories. I sure did enough of that the past few days.

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!  Happy Passover to those who celebrate (I do) and Happy Easter to those who celebrate (I do also....we are double dippers in our house haha)

**BITES**

Meal 1- 1/4 steel cut oats, 1 scoop of vanilla protein with cinnamon (this is my new favorite concoction... it tastes like cake!)

Meal 2- 3 Egg Whites and broccoli

Meal 3- 6 Almonds

Meal 4- (This will be pre-workout) I will have chicken breast)

Meal 5- I bought some Orange Roughy since I've been dying to try it.  That will be slapped on the grill with lemon juice and garlic!  Broccoli on the side. 

 

VITES:

All have been taken just have one more dose of Calcium/Iron to take.

 

EXERCITES:

AM:  Morning Run (I was able to run a 1/2 mile without stopping!  That was SO Exciting for me!) after that I did the 3 minutes running 2 minutes speed walking for a 5K

PM: Today is Leg day!!!! Will be killing legs, glutes and abs after work followed by 30 minute moderate cardio which I usually do at 3.5 MPH and 10 incline.

OK I went to the great Dr Stewart yesterday.laugh for my 8 month follow up. I was so upset with my selfblush I went straight for McDonald, Taco Bell, and Ponchos' to drown my sorrows. it has been 4 months since my last visit with Sue and i had only lost 15 lbs. for a total of 61 lbs in 8 months = 7.5lbs a month. the numbers suck.So if i journal my food on here maybe it will help.

B- unjury vanilla shake 21g

S- 2 eggs/2 bacon/2 pickles

S tuna salad with wheat crackers about 4

L- 1/2 hot dog chill and cheese no bun 4 French fries

S- unjury chocolate shake 21g

D- 1/2 cup bbq-hawaiian chicken and a pickle 

S- unjury strawberry shake with ICE strawberry/kiwi water 21g

S 1/2 cup BBq- Hawaiian chicken and pickle

I will b working all night so i have to find something to snack on so i don't hit the vending machine.

that looks like a lot of food. is that to much?
