ugh...........i can relate to the awful boardroom meetings.  simply exhausting.

1/2 ham slice fried and cubed w/a cut up hard boiled egg - something different

sunflower seeds

chinese take out:

some kind of spicy shrimp & chicken w/veggies

few bites of pork fried rice

small sliver of ricotta pie

meat loaf

beets

3 chocolate covered caramels

vites:  got 'em all in today - yay!!!!
