PCP with DS knowledge in SF bay area?

I am leaving Kaiser health and I am hoping to find a personal care physician who is affiliated with the John Muir hospitals in the East Bay. I would love to find someone who already has a DS patient so I don't have to start from scratch educating my doctor. I now have AETNA.

Gail! I met a PCP in Walnut Creek at the SF meeting! She's just returned to work as a new post op herself! Who wouldn't want a DS'r for a DR!! I got her card (in case I ever leave Kaiser) let me hunt around for it and i'll message ya the info!
