Finally, I'm down a century. Over a century actually. I haven't weighed myself since my last post but I did today and the scale exhaled. Lol. Now I'll stop being a diamond head and listen to the advice of all you vets here. I proved I could do it my way now I'll join y'all on that highway... To more weightloss...

Search my prior posts, "my way" was to challenge every bit of advice that came my way. "My way" was to sneak small amounts of carbs in now and again. "My way" was to hold firm to what my doc/nut told me even though it flew in the face of the wisdom of the folk here. It became a challenge to me and I love being challenged, now that I have proven my "testicular fortitude". I can relax, put this on autopilot, and let the vets here at oh.com bring me in for a landing at goal weight...

Good for you.  Most of us learned the hard way.  We wanted the easy way out but there really isn't one.  If you don't low carb you won't loose all the weight you COULD loose if you would stick to the program.

PS I would eat the ribs.
