High Bone Density and Weight Loss
High bone density as we age? I thought we lost bone density as we aged, and it speeds up in post-menopausal women.
I have, however, read that African-Americans tend to have higher bone density than Caucasians and Asians, I'll Google and try to find the study. It is an old study, but I do remember it being referenced in a class that I took.
