Does 'dry' mean no soft gels? I'm in a store and don't have time to search the forums. Thanks!

Soft gels are not absorbed by people who have had the DS.  Dry means dry and you aren't going to find dry A, D, E, and K in the stores.  VitaLady is where I get mine.  We take MEGA doses and she has those.

Yes soft gels are not dry. It will say dry right on the bottle too. I had to go to the vitamin shoppe to get some of my vits. I had a hard time finding dry at Walmart

Correct - no soft gels.  I only find the dosage I need online

And the reason soft gels don't work for us is that the vitamins are packed in OIL in soft gels, and oil is fat and we only absorb 20% of the fat we consume. That's great for weight loss maintainence, but makes it much harder for us to get in enough of the fat soluble vitamins. That's why we need the "dry" form, and why our dosages sound huge to anyone who doesn't understand our malabsorption.

I buy dry A and E at the nearby Vitamin Shoppe.  I order 50K dry D3 from Vitalady and that arrives in my mailbox within a couple of days.
