Good Morning, here's the plan,
B protine coffee, protein shake (I do nurse this shake until lunch or after) 98g
L deli turkey, cheese 35g
D tuna salad with sm croissant 30g
total protein 163g fat 91 carb 33
Also started back to Vit C 1000mg x 2, Vit A 25000 3x, Centrum multi x1 B12 5000 x1 and B Complex x 2 or and CAl x 3
I am still waiting to hear from my endocrineologist. I thought this would be a good place to start. I was going to wait but it may be months before I see anyone. What do you think?

I think I would only take one 1000 mg of vitamin C. Your vitamin A and B12 doses are fine, I would do one B-complex. I would also add 50,000 IUs of dry vitamin D3. You can get that from Vitalady or BioTech via Amazon. Your calcium dose is good to start with but it might need to increase after you get your labs. I'd also add a magnesium citrate with your calciums.
Vitalady's plan is always a good place to start then you can increase or decrease from there once your labs start coming in.

She does but I've heard it's expensive and some folks have an addy in the US where they have their vites shipped to. Then they come down and pick them up.

today was my travel day, and met some vendors for a very late lunch or early dinner. did more talking than eating.

no breakfast. just wasn't hungry

2 fried pickle slices - don't see what all the fuss is about
giant bacon cheese burger. only ate 1/3. (talk talk yap yap)
