Greenbaum is a great surgeon but these vitamin recommendations are probably 20 years old. Please start with Vitalady and adjust as you get your labs back. Get them to send you copies of your labs, post them to a spreadsheet and we'll help you tweak the vitamins. We're not medical but we have experience keeping our levels at optimal levels. If we don't know something, we'll tell you we don't know.

Thanks everybody, going to place my vitalady order tomorrow. I will make an appt with GP probably 2 weeks after surgery, and see dr. G 2 weeks after surgery for follow up. I know when I went to have pre-op testing that they were checking my vitamin levels so at least he will know where we are starting at and he said to get my vitamins from Vitalady so that is what I am going to do. I had to cheat today with my shakes had a salad it should be out of my system by the 1st :). Once again thanks everybody getting down to the final wire 6 days and counting. YIPI

GarBage said as nicely as possible.  VitaLady all the way.  I've been on her  plan and just got my labs back today.  Looks like I need some very minor tweaking but I am waiting for advice from Major Mom before I make any changes.

With that little calcium you'll have osteoporosis before you can say "osteoporosis".
