Looks like my fat will be kind of low - perhaps I should suck on a stick of butter for a bit!!!

S - Cashews and a Babybel (OMG, I forgot how much I love cashews - and I never tried a Babybel, but they are AWESOMENESS!!!)

S - turkey jerky

L - butter lettuce salad with cut vegies and yogurt dressing; Chile lime shrimp and mushrooms

S - almonds

D - matzo ball soup (1 small ball); chicken and sausage; gluten free matzo cracker with chopped walnuts, apple and honey; other Passover foods!

I have been fighting the good fight.  Craving carbs like CRAZY.  I have plenty of things I can eat: Atkins bars, greek yogurt, popcorn, cheese/egg fluffs with butter.  STILL want what I shouldn't have.  Today I managed not to buy anything I shouldn't have.
