Bites (Weight Loss Mode)

S - Egg, sausage, cheese (20g), (3c)

L - Leftover petite sirloin (17g), (0c)

S - Blueberry protein bar (18g), (9c)

D - 3 BBQ Turkey Meatballs (27g), (16c) - they didn't sit so well :(

Some day I'll figure out what those foods are that aren't going to sit so well - I don't see a pattern, but I'll figure it out.

Been cheating since Friday, but I went out and bought all the right foods and will start again tomorrow.

Shockingly my weight hasn't gone up, but I am determined to get my butt in gear tomorrow.

Gina,

My computer won't let me use the OH message system.  I sent you an email with my labs.  When you have a chance would you make recommendations?  I don't think anything looks to scary except my PTH went up.  And you know how much Calcium I take. 

I have an endo for a growth on my thyroid but he won't listen to a word about my malabsorption.  He's one of the "God complex" types.

I go to see my PCP tomorrow and she really does GET it so I'll let you know her take.
