Powder Vitamins?
I know for me this regimen would have all my labs in the toilet. I would maybe take this as a filler or helper but not as my main source of vits. It is only a base and a small base at that, but when you get your labs you will have to tweek your dosage. If you have to lower a dose you would have to cut back on scoops ... which makes you cut back on your other vits. So I can see is as a low base start but definitely not all you need. Of course your labs will tell which way you need to go :) YMMV
That is a good point. Maybe it would be good for a filler to just drink with your water for extra supplements.
YMMV = Your mileage may vary...as in what works for one may not work for another.

Dr. Boyce is my surgeon and I stay as far away from these as possible...1) they taste horrid 2) I've seen the label...it's NOT enough for most of us 3) it's super expensive long term.
And I do not have to pay shipping to get mine...just go to his office in town.
Dr. Boyce is an excellent cutter but he is NOT a nutritionist...and he is making money off these...as in an MLM setup similar to Amway.

It is confusing how they post it on the website to buy. It says 60 doses in the tub. Servings per container is 30. I guess they are going buy if you take two scoops a day two doses a day maybe is a serving? Three for a DSer according to him. I think I will try it for my starter vits while in recovery phase from surgery since swallowing pills may be difficult. My girlfriend loves the orange flavor. Then I will switch to pills once I heal up enough to do it.
Sounds like a good plan. I hope the taste is ok for you immediately post-op. I really like capsules more so than tablets. You might want to take a look at Vitalady or some of the other places that carry small capsules.

Wrong on so many levels it is almost laughable. The only person I trust is VitaLady and the proof is in the pudding. My labs are pretty near perfect at 3.5 years out. I need to decrease my A and decrease my Bcomplex and try to increase my D. With a scoop of whatever how would you individually adjust your vitamins?
It is the constant tweaking, probably for the rest of my life, that requires I take individual vitamins.
What I need is different from what someone else needs. For example, some people have so much trouble with iron that they have to get infusions. I don't take ANY iron and my iron labs are perfect. Go figure.
