***Saturday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Been kind of busy, so missed a couple day.
B: shake with 2 strawberries
S: 1/2 muffin with butter
S: chips and dip
L: shelled sunflower seeds
D: chicken breast, beet, cucumber and some carrots
That is it so far I am working an evening shift til 11pm then home to bed, may have tea yet.
Not a great eating day - things are a little stressful, gave notice at work, done April 5th and have been applying for other jobs. Overall I feel kind of drained. I start graveyard shift on Sun night, so my eating will be changed around again.
All vites done except bedtime
Sending good vibrations your way for a new and better job. Hang in there. I sure do understand the stress. My sleeve locks up tight sometimes when I get stressed.
