BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - protein coffee (30g)
S - 1/2 cup chili
L - 2 deviled eggs
S - low carb almond meal cupcake w/whipped cream topping
D - beef hotdogs and chili

VITES:

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

EXERCITES:
doing laundry up and downstairs

OK, I'm posting early as I may not get to do this later.  My protein's a little low, so it may go up if I eat more or worst case I'm at 122 which is OK for the weekend for me IMO.  I'm off to enjoy a week of cooked breakfasts and eating out and lots of vitamin D in sunny Egypt.  I've packed nuts and pork rinds in an attempt to keep the carb monster at bay.  All my vites are packed and I'm nearly good to go!! :-D

 

B 2 eggs w LOTS of grated cheese 25
S PB cookie 10
S Fromage frais 12
L Red Thai chicken curry (no rice) 25
S Creamcheese pancakes 15
D Chicken salad?? 35
   
Protein: 122
F 80+  
V Evening & bedtime iron pending

Dinner is TBD.

*Edited to say I got hungry and had an extra fromage frais (6), some parma ham (10), almonds (10) and more creamcheese pancakes (15) for a grand total of 163 which is a bit more like it.

Beautiful sunny day and I'm lovin it! Having a carby day today but feeling okay about it... Maybe cause its Saturday? Maybe cause I'm a carb monster? Maybeeee...

Bites:
B - egg white scramble with ground beef, mushrooms, onions an spinach; two bites if hashbrowns; coffee
S - cheese and a handful of peanuts
L- deli meats, cheese and mustard roll ups with tortilla chips
D - grilled salmon and prawns with a dinner salad
S - popcorn with butter

Vites - indeedy!
Cites - took a 40 minute walk with the hubs

A wee bit gassy and my tummy is a bit noisy but so far not too bad... I'm also not as carby as I predicted... But it's still only 3:40 there's a lot of the day left! And popcorn in my future...

Nothing wrong with easing up just a little on weekends and then getting back on track during the week. Might even be good for us.

posting early here...........dh and i are headed out to a benefit/fundraiser.  each year they serve the same food so i am safe with guessing my dinner selections.

double protein coffee

sausage 2 egg omelet

almonds

bacon sandwich w/a heaping pile of bacon & american cheese on  1 slice rye toast

double protein coffee

dinner buffet:

meatballs

roast beef

some sort of salad

green beans

planned b/4 bed:  protein coffee

vites:  bedtime batch pending

fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime
