Yay Friday! I'm looking forward to a pajama filled Saturday (after the gym of course!!!)

UPDATED - So the Bolthouse Protein Plus Mango drink was disgusting and I couldn't even choke down more than the one sip I took....blech. I'm kind of glad, since it was very high carb - you would have thought I'd love it

You amaze me - you do so well with carbs and protein and fat. I realize you've been at it awhile, but I'm impressed. You also seem to eat the same things a lot. I don't know how you do it :) Of course that's the difference, you've figured out how to give your body what it needs, and I'm still all about what I want!!!
Surprisingly, we have quite a few great Greek/Mediterranean restaurants in Omah...for which I'm thankful!!
Thanks. lol I'm really quite boring food wise. Never have been much of a foodie.
