*The beans finally caught up with me last night.  I only had a tablespoon, but i think it's cumulative as I'd had them 3 days in a row... this is nothing new to me as I had IBS before and all the issues are pretty similar (same food intolerances as before).  I skipped them today and it's been sooo much better!! :-D

Lesson learned on those beans.  Poor hubby.

Better day..this day only one protein bar (lol) because that's all I had...I thought I had finished them yesterday.  I have been pop free for two days as well.  In an hour or so I hope to do some sort of workout, drink some more water, take more vitamins, etc. I DID crave sugar a lot today and I think it might be because I bought sugar-free popsicles yesterday.  I had 2 yesterday and 1 today.  I'll try to limit them to 1 a day...but I know self-control isn't my strong suit.  We'll see...
