Are there pre-set vitamin packets out there for DS patients? If do, who do you order from?

Vitalady.com is the only one I know of.  They are good, well thought out packs also.

VITALADY.COM

She has the right form of vitamins you need. It is almost impossible to find dry forms and the dosage you need for A, D, E, & K. She has pre-packed starter kits for all weight loss surgeries. I like supporting small businesses and also get all my other vits there. I also order my protein from her. She gives you the option of sampling all the proteins instead of spending 40-70 dollars on a whole order of protein and you don't even know if you like it. So the sampling was HUGE for me, I am not a picky eater but most of those shakes where not to my fancy. The samples saved me a lot of money and heartache until I found what I liked.

Yes, Vitalady's packs are good---but keep in mind that ultimately what YOU need to take daily will depend on what YOUR lab results are. These are great for getting started, but after  several months you'll most likely need to tweak your intake based on your bloodwork.

Thanks everyone, I'll check out vitalady. And yes I know I'll need to tweak depending on my labs, I just wanted to make sure I found a good starting point.
