Does anyone work outside and not have access to a bathroom gotten the switch?

A friend of mine has been asking me for my opinion whether he should get the switch. He works outside from April until November. He would get the surgery done in November and have about 4 1/2 months to recover. The problem I have is I don't want to discourage him from the switch but I also do not want to encourage him if it will be too difficult to work outside without a bathroom. Can anyone share with me if they work outside or any other helpful opinions. Thank you and I hope all is well.

Many of us are morning poopers and don't need to go the rest of the day.  I wouldn't have a problem at all.

It can be a bit dodgy in the beginning.  But he is getting the surgery in November, the start of his indoor work season.  By the time April comes around, his bowels will calm down and be into a routine.

I have the same time table I had before the surgery.

He will learn what foods work for him, and what foods not to eat for breakfast or lunch if he is without a restroom.

I agree. I did traveling sales to renovate kitchens. So its important for him to make sure he eats protein rich foods and avoids fat and carbs while he works. Second thing I did was a preemptive attack. Use he toilet at every chance and make a mental note where they are...hospitals, hotels and fast food (if you avoid temptation) usually provide clean bsthrooms. Third tale a small spray always try even if you don't have to. It's been working for me.

I also agree, jus****ch what you eat for breakfast and lunch.  I only had bathroom issues in the very beginning and this settled down around 6 - 8 weeks for me.  Now, I rarely go during the day.
