I hear you about the protein bars. I'm still struggling with avoiding those. I have 2 boxes in my cupboard and they try to call to me. I think I will hide them in the deep freezer. 

Overall good job today. It's a shame about the Dreamfields. Some folks do fine with them. Some folks say the only time they can eat them is the first time they come out of the pot...no leftovers. Some folks can't eat them at all.  : (

Read the labels real careful--carbs are hiding everywhere. Hang in there the vitamins will come. Try a few and take it slow.

I dont know how accurate my carb count is on this day because I did not mix the yogurt with the fruit at the bottom. I just ate it off the top. I baught them with out thinking about carb count then I realized that there is probably a ton of sugar in the fruit. So I just dont eat that part.
