New protein record!!  I was good with the carbs today - but that wasn't difficult given my protein number!! ;-)

Same old crazy week. Tough day. I eat breakfast at 5:30 and didn't get to start lunch until 2. That just doesn't work for me.

Ok day...way way way too many protein bars, but the good thing is that I have finished them off and will not be able to eat them tomorrow. 

I have also determined (I had forgotten) that Dreamfield's pasta gives me gas...boo hoo...it tastes so good.  I will save it for days that I will be on my own!  lol
