Another hungry day. In addition to what's below I had a couple of large decaff coffees with obscene amounts of cream - I'd be the size of the house if I'd have not got switched!! :-S

I will eat beans on a occasion but I take a couple of Beano tablets before hand. The white chicken chili I like so much has beans in it.Your Bites are spot on perfect today. : )

My main goal is to stay below 50 grams of net carbs. it took a week or so but I think I got it figured out. I had to tinker with the goals when I set up my account so it would drive me crazy. They need a low carb version not one always wrapped around calories and fat.

Very nice Bites. I love that corned beef and cabbage have so few carbs....sodium is another issue.

Good evening, not on track, like I wish I was, still lots of stress at work - looking into going back to school. This next week will prove to be interesting.
B: protein shake with 2 strawberries
S: whole wheat carrot muffin with butter (from Tim Hortons)
L: 3 small cabbage rolls
S: nuts
D: left over spagetti and meat sauce
not a hungry day, bad headache and chills/ and to many carbs

Hello! Today was one of the best days I've had in a long time. I think it was the most protein I've eaten (well, on the days that I count) since my surgery 4 years ago and the least amount of carbs...19 carbs and 136 protein grams...105 fat grams. My sodium is high at 4223, but I am going to try to drink more water to try and counterbalance that. Finally, I exercised 2 times today...I did day 1 of the 30-day Shred (by Jillian Michaels) and later in the day I walked for 30 minutes.
