***Saturday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Aww...you're welcome. A friend and I are tracking our carbs and protein on MyFitnessPal and the calories just come with it. I tell it I'm running 90 minutes everyday at 8 MPH to get it to stop telling me I'm going to gain 10 pounds in 5 weeks if I eat like this everyday. lol It doesn't get that low carb and a little fat is a good thing, and calories are meaningless.

It's official: my PCP too "diabetes" off my problem list! She was pretty amazed when I saw her yesterday. Fo me this is a huge milestone!! I was diagnosed in 1985.

L: turkey and Swiss one slice WW bread, tomato
S: strawberries and cream
D: shrimp, lobster, bites of Cesar salad and baked potato, wine
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: grocery shopping, taxes and worked in the yard

We were channeling each other at 5;30 AM. I hit the sack at 8 PM. Couldn't stand it any longer. lol
Nice Bites. How are the macadamia nuts working for you? I can get just a few too many and they affect my system...but they are so low carb and rich.
