was off work today.  yay me!!  did some sewing, some crafts, hair appt, out to breakfast with hubs.  really nice day. 

double protein coffee

breakfast at the diner:

2 eggs over easy

1 slice rye toast

scrapple

few home fries (very few)

double protein coffee

macadamia nuts

corned beef

slice of cheese

greek yogurt w/a drizzle of honey

insides of a cheese steak w/lettuce & tomatoes

few cheese fries w/bacon

double protein coffee

handful of animal crackers

vites:  missed a calcium

fluids:  80+ oz
