I made your cream cheese pancakes last night - added some butter on top and more splenda. Whipped up some whip cream and flavored it with vanilla - all I can say is Yummy!!!
Thanks for sharing your recipe. I am working on reducing carbs as I haven't been losing much since I have been eating too many carbs. I am trying to find recipes that satisfy my carb addiction.

Glad you liked it. I'm starting to get bored of the pancakes (I've had them nearly every day for the past few months) and have been having more PB cookies recently.

L-6-small shrimp and cod filet with lemon juice
S-Sunflower seeds and greek yogurt
D 6 oz strip steak and 8 shrimp with grilled mushrooms
