Hi Huneypie!

I made your cream cheese pancakes last night - added some butter on top and more splenda. Whipped up some whip cream and flavored it with vanilla - all I can say is Yummy!!!

Thanks for sharing your recipe. I am working on reducing carbs as I haven't been losing much since I have been eating too many carbs. I am trying to find  recipes that satisfy my carb addiction.

Glad you liked it.  I'm starting to get bored of the pancakes (I've had them nearly every day for the past few months) and have been having more PB cookies recently.

Good evening,

B: shake protein

L: steak (small) and 3 eggs/ lunch with a friend that has also had the same surgery

S: 2 wontons from soup

D: spag squash and hamburger with cheese

S: protein shake with 2 strawberries and 3 sf chocolate mints

Vits:

Everything done except bedtime

No exercites today

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

B-1 egg and sausage patty

S-protein shake(Syntrax fuzzy navel and almond milk)

L-6-small shrimp and cod filet with lemon juice

S-Sunflower seeds and greek yogurt

D 6 oz strip steak and 8 shrimp with grilled mushrooms

s-Greek Yogurt

All Vits in
