L - bunless cheese burger
S - none
D - small house salad w/ranch, green beans and small BBQ chicken breast
S - 

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
briefing and talking to groups

HI,

B protein shake and coffee 66g

L  chicken fingers  7g

D chicken breast dipped in egg and parm  44g

Total  Protein  117g, Carb 15  Fat  58

It was weigh in day.  Total weight loss 0..  Total inches lost  0.  This is really not working.  I have lost 5 lbs in 8 weeks.  I am tired and deprressed and was hoping this would help.

Aw Sue, you should at least double the fat and up the protein a bit if you can.  You really don't look like you're eating much - maybe add some cheese to help on the fat and protein count?  You must be getting hungry (you can't have had many chicken fingers to only get 7g protein at lunch).

BTW 5lbs in 8 weeks is respectable give that you're 6 years out.  Cut yourself a little slack ((hugs)), HP.

How long does it take you to drink your protein shake and coffee in the morning? I'm thinking you are spreading it out over several hours and that's what you want to do. I'm at a loss  for why you aren't losing like gang busters.  : (

Good morning all - here's today's plan.  When I lay it all out, it sure does look like I eat to freakin much :)  It comes in at 1,510 calories, which seems like a lot.  I know we don't need to count calories and stuff, but old mindsets die hard!!!

BITES:

B - Protein Coffee                                                                  21(g), 5 carbs

3 bacon/sausage links                                                           10(g), 1 carb

Greek yogurt                                                                          8(g), 12 carbs (geesh)

S - Protein Coffee                                                                  21(g), 5 carbs

L - cottage cheese, sunflower seeds, slice of turkey             23(g), 13 carbs

S - pork rinds                                                                         18(g), 0 carbs

D - chili cheese hot dogs (no buns)                                       36(g), 16 carbs

S - Protein Chai Latte                                                             10(g), 5 carbs

Totals - 147(g), 57 carbs

Vites - Yep

Exercites - Does running to the bathroom every hour to pee count?  It really should!!

B - 1 egg, 1 slice deli ham and 1 oz Swiss cheese omelet

S - turkey jerky/almonds

L - salad with shrimp and crab

S - BBQ pork rinds

D - TBD - probably sashimi

Vites - yep!
Cites - walked to work - which is better than nothing!

Increasing the fat worked!! ;-)  It's not like I was doing low fat - I just wasn't going out of my way to do high fat... oh well there are worse crosses to bear and pork rinds here we come!! :-)
