Yep. The 24th will be my 2nd month anniversary......and I weighed in at 198.0. I haven't been this weight for about 15 years. Wow. I cannot say enough about this DS. The fat and weight are pretty much melting off everyday. It is amazing. Never did I imagine that in less than 2 months Iwould be here already. Don't fret newbies.....or band revisionistas...the DS works

So fantastic! Be sure to take advantage of this initial phase of wt loss when it comes off effortlessly. My wt loss slowed WAY down suddenly at 11 months out and NEVER returned to that woo-hoo weight loss stage. So, let this time period do All it can do for you.
