Same thing here - I have no idea what it is...but it feels creepy. I think it's my stomach crawling up to see if my throats been cut because it's not getting much food anymore :)

I had gurgling for a year or so, to the point where I could tell you exactly where my food was. I don't have it anymore, and I couldn't even tell you when it stopped exactly.
