leftover corned beef

1/2 hard boiled egg

double protein coffee

pecans

few bites of fried rice

chinese bbq spare ribs (not very good.  porky taste and very chewy)

cookie

double protein coffee

2 tacos w/sour cream, lettuce, salsa, tomatoes, black olives, cheddar cheese

small pc of coffee cake w/a smear of butter

popcorn w/butter

vites:  swallowing up bedtime batch now

fluilds:  90+ oz
