Looks like I'm in a stall yet again - playing with the same frustrating few pounds. Up down, up down. So, I'm going to try going back to focusing on basics again - push the protein. And I figure posting will maybe help myself (or others) notice where I could improve.
Bites - 112(g)/34 carbs:
B - Protein Coffee (2 scoops Unjury and 4 oz half/half) 46(g) 11 carbs
2nd B - Slice of turkey, queso fresco, provolone cheese 17(g), 3 carbs
L - Imitation Krab - 1/2c, queso fresco, swiss cheese, pickle, 3 garlic stuffed olives 18(g), 16 carbs
D - Homemade Chicken burger (4 oz) 10(g), 1 carb
S - Protein Coffee (1 scoop Unjury) 21(g), 3 carb
40 oz fluids in so far - will be able to get in another 40 before the end of the day at least.
Vites:
Vit D, Multivit, calcium (morning - done)
Multivit, calcium (evening - pending)
Exercites:
1 hour of water aerobics - yay!!!
Looks really, really good carb and protein wise. Hang in there and be patient.

Well I've had 3 coffees with heavy cream today (and I had 3 yesterday) I think it's going to take a while for the fat to start working for me. I didn't have any cheese today, but I did add butter to my PB cookies so I'm hoping that'll help!! :-S
I'm getting bored of nearly everything!! It doesn't help that I'm so repetitive in what I eat though ;-)

I ate way tooooo much last night - it was delicious - and I paid the price! Ugh...

Cites - 30-45 mins on the elliptical when I get home

L: progresso steak soup
S: mixed nuts, mostly cashews and almonds
S: salami and provolone cheese
D: beef pot pie (didn't have it the other night, will have it tonight)
That should be it .. nice and tidy and clean. Go me! I will also get all my vites in too. I never miss entire days, sometimes I'll miss a dose but I'll take it when I realize it. Or just throw it in at some point.
