have a liquid diet question

I really like the Blender Bottle with the metal ball whisk.  I got one from GNC with a plastic "grid like" thing that really didn't work well for me in getting all the lumps out.

I got both  28 oz  and  20 oz  sizes.  They're great for sipping shakes over the course of time, rather than making up a "dose", and doing it all at once. 

I sometimes take the ball out and partially freeze mine, making it a little like soft serve ice cream.

I never thought of putting in the freezer, sounds yummy.
