It's going to be tricky staying low carb and keeping up the vitamins but I will make it work.

B: protein coffee (2 scoops + cream)

S: 1/2 blueberry muffin, mixed nuts

L: progresso beef & barley soup + cocoa coffee w/cream

S: avocado

D: beef pot pie (only half the crust)

A little carby but .. not horrible. Nice amounts of fat though with the cream, nuts, and avocado.  The muffin was a rare splurge. I'd gone to Claim Jumper last night and had half then and the rest today.

HELLO ALL!!!! HAPPY TUESDAY!!

BITES-

Meal 1- 2 eggs, 2 egg whites (made with coconut oil and broccoli)

- this took me until about noon to eat.  I started eating it at 7am

Meal 2- Whey protein shake (40 grams of protein)

Meal 3-  2 oz of grilled chicken breast and 8 broccoli florets

- This took me about an hour to eat

Meal 4- 10 Lime Almonds, 1/2 of a banana

Meal 5- Cup of egg drop soup (home made)

VITES

TOOK ALL OF THEM!  My most recent labs show that I am still anemic so I am going to UP my red meat intake (maybe twice a week) and I am also going to up my iron to the 350 mg with phosphorus I think the doctor said?  I asked him to email it to me so I know exactly what to buy.  How much do you all take?  Is Vitalady the best place to buy iron from?  I can get all of my vites from Vitamin Shoppe but none of the chain supplement stores seem to sell iron that is high enough. 

EXERCITES

AM- 20 minute fasted cardio on Treadmill 3.5 MPH at a 10.0 incline

PM- High Intensity Interval Training (on treadmill) 25 minutes

Nice Bites! When I was bringing my iron up I took 300mg of Vitalady's Tender iron (carbonyl iron) in the mid afternoon away from everything and 2 Proferrin ES (heme iron) at bedtime. After doing that for a year or so my iron levels and all the associated markers are spot on.
