A lot of unknowns today. I'll be on the road for about 5 hours and eating at restaurants the rest of the week. Wish me luck--I don't want to mess up the low carb streak I'm on.

Good morning,
3am homemade chicken quesida- with sour cream and salsa 6" inch one
5am protein shake
7:30 B2: eating out so not sure
L: planning on sleeping and living off of what I had for breakfast
D: sausages and eggs
VITES:
B some at 4pm
L: some at 8pm
D: some at 3am
B: some at 12 noon, then take supper and bedtime ones again at supper and bedtime

none today but I hope to soon

Drink coffee (decaff of course - we're keeping our bones strong) with heavy cream (or even regular cream) whenever you can. I'd stopped having coffee for the last couple of weeks and I came close to being constipated yesterday. I've been having coffee with heavy cream today in order to push the fat and I've felt more in control of my diet!! :-)
Last time my fat was too low my skin got dry, but I guess that using night cream in the morning has fixed that problem.
Anyway, I hope your day goes well.

Just got settled in the room and I'm brewing some chai tea. It's cold up here in the mountains! Not to worry--I brought my heavy whipping cream along to mix my protein coffees in the morning. : )

B - Frittata (2 pcs); 2 tablespoons of country potatoes; and a bunch of coffee
S - Ham and cheese roll ups w/BBQ pork rinds
L - Mixed salad with 3 oz lime cilantro shrimp and 1/2 cup of crab salad
S - turkey jerky/almonds and cheese if necessary
D - Pork chop! and sides - TBD
Vites - on target!
Cites - walked to work!
Thanks! We made it in one piece. :) My iron capsules didn't though. I spilled them when I got out of the car to fill the gas tank and they got yucky and you can't really dump the contents into your protein shake or yogurt. {sigh}

glad you made it safe and sound gina. i have to be extra diligent w/my ds when i travel. so easy to get off track when i don't have a schedule.
