Broken record VITES

I have asked multiple times about my vites but this question is a little different. My vites are too big! I am taking vitaladys pre packages plan. Everytime I take them I slime and and have a runny nose for hours. I space them out over an hour or so but can only get in about 4 of the 8-10 pills in each packet. I can cut some in half but the others are caplse. Can I open them? what happens if I open them all and just shoot them like a shot? What happens if they mix? Im lost.. I emailed vitalady on Friday but haven't gotten a response.

The capsules you can dump into your shakes, yogurt or pudding..is calcium citrate, D3, K1, A, E, zinc. You don't want to dump the multi or B-Complex.
