L - 2 hard boiled eggs w/mayo and tuna
S - 1 babybel cheese
D - 1/4 cup lobster bisque and 3oz of steak
S - 1/2 cup CarbSmart ice cream
VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
omega 3: skipped
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner
EXERCITES:
standing up at the computer all day

Good morning,
B1: 3am cream cheese pancakes with bacon
B2:5:30am protein shake
then bed til around 4pm
S: protein shake/ the cheese pudding stuff - recipe from Val
D: hubby's making hamburger helper, I'll have left over chicken from the night before
S: protein bar
then off to work for another grave shift

L - crab salad stuffed puffed tofu pockets with a side salad
S - lime chili shrimp - 3 oz

Cites - 1/2 hour elliptical this morning
Mmm...lime chili shrimp. That sounds very interesting!

Brr... it's freezing!!! We had a 2 minute snow blizzard this morning but nothing settled. I went out for 10-15 minutes at lunch and that was enough of a walk.

Yes I did once before too and I saw Becky say she does AT LEAST 6 batches. I get up a lot at night and that helps me get extra batches in. I normally do 6 calcium, 2 zinc and one iron for a total of at least 9 batches
