D - NC BBQ w/mustard greens and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
laundry, and little yardwork and housework

Hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow hence my pushing the protein.

BTW what's NC BBQ?

I'm hoping for good news on the scale tomorrow too. I've been holding the same all week. {sigh}

NC BBQ is pulled or chopped pork, cooked low and slow, falling-off-the-bone tender and topped with a vinegar based sauce. NC is for North Carolina since the vinegar based sauce is known to have originated in North Carolina. We North Carolinians are serious about our pork barbeque (BBQ).  The variations are even regional within the state of NC and there are quite a few books written about it.

Sunshine beautiful up in Northern California this weekend!

B - 1/2 avocado, cheese and sausage omelet with side salad

D - Thai food
S - cheese and buttery popcorn

Vites - yep
Cites - dance off the inches Hip Hop DVD - I totally kept the promise to myself to workout!

Ah, good!  It's nice here in DC too. Sunny and 60 degrees. We got outside and did a little lawn prep.

Hi Gina,
Rainy today, cold tomorrow the upper 70's by late next week. I'm ready for spring. DH is going to put the solar cover on the pool next weekend to start warming it up. I still won't be able to get in till late May....too cold.

S: 2 Hershey nuggets (it's the weekend. )

Ready for spring too. All kinds of bulbs are coming up, the snow last week didn't slow them down.

Good evening,

B: protein shake

B: cream cheese pancakes, 2 sausages and 1 poached egg

L: small serving of butter chicken/3 ribs

S: 1/2 nuts

D: nothing very full yet, will have a shake yet tonight

Baked today sf peanut butter cookies (Val's recipe) and ate like 4 throughout the day

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
