 Good evening. Super day for me I think :)

B: protein shake, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1 cup water 1 1/2 scoops powder vanilla

S: 1/2 cup of nuts

L: roast pork

S: 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/2 blueberries

D: more roast pork

S: Aktins protein bar and hopefully one more shake the same as breakfast except chocolate

a few sf candy

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Just checking in. I am traveling so it's hard to be perfect on my diet, but I am doing pretty well. I am trying to focus on protein, tossi g the buns, etc. As far as sweets go, I have been avoiding them for the most part (I had some chex mix yesterday that had some caramel popcorn and some pieces of chocolate...but for ME the last few days have been excellent as I am a sugar hound.

I have been walking a lot and working on my BF's trailer (he's a truck driver) and it is very physically taxing--so I am counting that as my exercise right now.

Vitamins...well, there is room for improvement.

Ok...bye for now.

I'm glad you checked in, Felicia.  :)  Keep after those vitamins so you can have the energy to do the things you love.
