I have no idea why he does that, just be prepared. It'll be ok.

Michelle-
I'm pasting my personal routine here. This is *not* gospel! It's what works for me. It is a combination of what my program recommended, and what I added on my own after research.
Hope it helps, and I hope the pasting doesn't get garbled in the process. If it does, PM me, and I'll e-mail you a document.

I will, but I have to tell you, my last labs are not representative of my normal labs. Crappy would be an accurate description. I got really sloppy about supplements and even eating for the six months prior to the draw, due to my Mom's decline and passing.
I ended up doing a month's worth of iron, multivite and calcium infusions.. I requested the multivite infusion, just because I knew my levels were messed up without even seeing the full lab results. I had so many deficiencies going it was scary. High PTH (means calcium is leaching from your bones), ferritin, zinc, Vitamin D, Total Protein, and Vitamin K were all F'd up.
I'll scan them in shortly and then post.
OK, as promised, here are my last labs. I'm actually overdue for a draw. **** just keeps happening, and I've had to re-schedule my surgeon visit twice. ( I only have three left of a five year follow) My uncle (Dad's brother) passed away, and I got busy with family business and spending $$$ to help with funeral arrangements. Thank God I had already re-ordered my vites!
They were collected 12/21/12.

According to the accompanying letter from my program, the abnormals of concern to them were PTH, Ferritin, zinc, Vitamin D, Total Protein and Vitamin K.
Keep in mind , some of these labs may be related to my autoimmune disorder, and will not apply to DSer's.
I would say that you need to up your D and up your calcium, up your protein (never seen it broken down by Electrophoresis, do you have that done related to your Autoimmune Disorder?), up your zinc, and take your iron more often than once a week. I didn't know you could get a k1 directly. thought that had to be figured out by doing clotting levels...I'll have to ask (TELL) Dr. G to add that to my list.
